Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer with strong expertise in Conga CLM, Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Apex Development.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and enhancing contract lifecycle management solutions integrated within the Salesforce ecosystem.

The role requires hands-on experience with Conga CLM configuration, Salesforce development best practices, and the ability to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and efficient solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Conga CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) :

- Configure and customize Conga CLM to support end-to-end contract lifecycle processes.

- Develop workflows, templates, clause libraries, approval processes, and contract automation rules.

- Integrate Conga CLM with Salesforce and other systems as needed.

- Optimize existing CLM configurations for performance, usability, and compliance.

Salesforce Development (Apex & LWC) :

- Design and develop robust Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, and integrations.

- Build interactive, high-performance Lightning Web Components (LWC).

- Develop reusable components and implement Salesforce best practices.

- Perform unit testing and code reviews to ensure quality and maintainability.

Solution Design & Collaboration :

- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand contract and workflow requirements.

- Translate business needs into scalable technical designs within Salesforce and Conga platforms.

- Collaborate with product owners, architects, QA testers, and deployment teams.

- Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and technical discussions.

Support & Maintenance :

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Conga CLM and Salesforce components.

- Provide ongoing support for contract workflows, system enhancements, and feature upgrades.

- Maintain documentation for configurations, technical designs, and development standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 3-5 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer.

- Strong experience working with Conga CLM (mandatory).

- Solid expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.

- Understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and declarative tools.

- Experience with integration development (REST/SOAP APIs).

- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and Agile environment.

Nice to Have :

- Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Admin, etc.)

- Experience with Conga CPQ or Conga Composer.

- Knowledge of DevOps tools like Git, Bitbucket, Copado, or Jenkins.

- Exposure to contract management processes or legal workflow automation
