Specifically, youll join the Payments Enabling Technology and Environments team. This team is focused on restoring and maintaining customer trust by delivering highly available, agile, and resilient payment solutions with 99.999% uptime.

Our team leads engineering governance, continuous delivery initiatives, and critical technological transformations, including cloud adoption, AI enablement, and automationin support of payment operations within an API-driven, event-based architecture.

Your Impact & Contribution

As a Software Engineer, you will apply core software engineering principles to design, develop, and support enterprise-grade solutions across Microsoft, Pega, and cloud-native platforms. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to build secure, scalable, and intelligent systems that support mission-critical payment operations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and deploy scalable applications using Microsoft technologies: Power Platform, Power Automate, .NET, SQL Server, and Pega.

- Ensure high-quality, testable, and maintainable solutions for both cloud (Azure, AWS) and on-premises environments, with a focus on security and compliance.

- Design and integrate APIs and automation workflows to streamline business processes.

- Diagnose and resolve complex deployment, environment, and system issues across Microsoft and Pega stacks.

- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Azure DevOps and GitHub.

- Translate business needs into technical solutions with an emphasis on payments processing and

enterprise system integration.

- Apply Agentic AI and advanced analytics to optimize workflows and automate intelligent behavior across platforms.

- Stay updated with emerging technologies and integrate industry best practices into engineering

workflows.

- Collaborate with Solution Architects, SMEs, and stakeholders to validate and refine solutions.

- Develop architecture artifacts, reference models, and support initiatives impacting Azure, Power Platform, and Pega ecosystems.

- Ensure robust monitoring and observability practices to maintain system reliability and performance.

Your Skills & Experience :

- Strong background in database design, schema development, and query optimization

- Experience building secure, enterprise applications in cloud and on-prem environments

- Exposure to Pega development and API integration practices

- Proven ability to troubleshoot multi-layered systems (Pega, Microsoft, database)

- Proficiency in CI/CD tools: Azure DevOps, GitHub

- Knowledge of payments processing, data encryption, and compliance

- Familiarity with monitoring/observability tools for performance and health tracking

- Experience in AI, analytics, and workflow automation

- Strong collaboration and communication skills across technical and business teams

- Understanding of payment operations and data security best practices
