Key Responsibilities :

- Lead & Innovate : Architect and develop robust, event-driven microservices using Go to manage high-volume, real-time financial transactions and data streams.

- Build for Scale : Design and evolve enterprise-wide event pipelines to be reusable and extensible across various financial domains and use cases.

- Collaborate & Impact : Work closely with engineering, product, finance, and compliance teams to deliver compliant, resilient, and scalable systems.

- Leverage AI/ML : Lead the adoption of AI/ML for automating manual financial tasks such as reconciliations, reporting, forecasting, and journal creation.

- Real-Time Excellence : Build and optimize real-time streaming solutions using Kafka for rapid and reliable financial insights.

- Optimize & Refine : Continuously enhance financial data models to meet compliance needs while ensuring performance and scalability.

- Strategic Integration : Enable seamless microservices integration across diverse systems to support business growth and future scalability.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 10+ years of hands-on experience in software engineering, including at least 3 years in a Senior or Staff-level capacity.

- Strong expertise in event-driven architecture and distributed systems.

- Advanced programming skills in Go (or similar languages), including designing and scaling microservices for real-time processing.

- Proven track record of automating complex financial workflows such as reconciliations, revenue recognition, settlements, and royalties.

- Deep experience with Kafka and designing high-throughput, low-latency streaming data pipelines.

- Strong database expertise in Oracle PL/SQL, Snowflake, and data modeling.

- Proficiency in managing and automating cloud infrastructure on AWS, especially using Terraform.

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub Actions for efficient software delivery.

- Strong team player with the ability to work independently, deliver scalable solutions, and drive innovation in enterprise-grade environments.

Important Notes :

- Work from Office is mandatory from Day 1 remote or hybrid options are not available.

- Profiles must undergo basic validation and interest check before being uploaded to the system.

- Ensure band alignment based on relevant experience only over-leveled or underqualified profiles will not be entertained.
