We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Developer who started their career with C++ and has successfully transitioned into .NET / C# development. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in both legacy and modern technologies, with hands-on experience in building, maintaining, and enhancing enterprise-grade applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain robust applications using C++ and .NET / C#

- Work on legacy systems (COM / ActiveX) while contributing to modernization initiatives

- Develop secure, scalable, and high-performance solutions

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver quality solutions

- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications

- Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines

- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement

Key Requirements :

- 7+ years of experience in C++ development

- Hands-on experience in .NET / C#

- Strong experience with COM and ActiveX technologies

- Ability to work across legacy and modern technology stacks

- Proven experience in developing secure and high-quality code

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

- Good communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in enterprise application development

- Exposure to modernization or migration projects

- Familiarity with performance tuning and optimization
