Key Responsibilities :

RPA Development & Delivery :

- Design, develop, test, and deploy Blue Prism automation solutions end-to-end

- Build reusable objects, processes, and components following Blue Prism best practices

- Ensure high performance, scalability, and maintainability of automations

Process Analysis & Solution Design :

- Work with business analysts and SMEs to understand and document business processes

- Identify automation opportunities and define solution design documents (SDDs) and PDDs

- Propose optimal automation approaches considering exceptions and edge cases

Production Support & Optimization :

- Monitor and support bots in production environments

- Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes

- Continuously optimize existing automations for performance and stability

Governance, Standards & Best Practices :

- Ensure adherence to RPA governance, security, and compliance standards

- Participate in code reviews and enforce development best practices

- Maintain documentation for automation solutions and changes

Collaboration & Mentoring :

- Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and application teams for deployments

- Mentor junior RPA developers and support capability building

- Contribute to CoE initiatives, accelerators, and reusable frameworks

Key Skills & Technical Expertise :

- Strong hands-on experience with Blue Prism RPA (mandatory)

- Experience in object-oriented concepts, reusable components, and exception handling

- Working knowledge of .NET, C#, VBA, SQL, or web services

- Experience with Surface Automation, APIs, Mainframe, Citrix, and Web automation

- Familiarity with Control Room, Work Queues, Scheduler, and Credential Manager

Eligibility & Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent

- 4-8 years of overall experience with 3+ years in Blue Prism RPA development

- Blue Prism certification (Developer / Professional) is a plus

- Experience working in Agile / DevOps environments preferred
