Senior Software Engineer - Backend Infrastructure

Description :

We are hiring Senior Software Engineers to build and scale backend infrastructure that powers AI training and task execution systems.

This role focuses on designing high-throughput distributed services, compute orchestration, and workflow systems capable of handling millions of tasks per week.

You will work closely with AI researchers and model engineers to deploy production-grade solutions in a fast-moving, execution-driven environment.

Must Have :

- Strong backend engineering experience with Python

- Experience building production backend systems (not IT services or support roles)

- Solid fundamentals in distributed systems and backend architecture

- Undergraduate degree in Computer Science (not IT or related service programs)

- Demonstrated product engineering experience building real software platforms or products

- Ability to work independently and take ownership of production systems

Nice to Have :

- Experience building or managing ETL pipelines

- Strong systems design and large-scale architecture experience

- Familiarity with compute orchestration for large workloads

Additional Requirements :

- Build and maintain core backend systems supporting AI training and task execution

- Design and operate scalable, high-throughput services handling millions of tasks weekly

- Develop distributed workflows and compute orchestration platforms

- Collaborate closely with AI researchers and ML engineers to deliver end-to-end AI infrastructure

- Own and operate production systems including monitoring, debugging, and performance optimization

- Contribute to system architecture, scalability planning, and reliability improvements

- Work in a fast-paced environment with high ownership and accountability
