Key Responsibilities at this Role :

- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable, high-quality software across the full development lifecycle.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineers, product managers, and designers to deliver impactful features and shape the product roadmap.

- Solve complex technical challenges by building innovative, efficient, and scalable solutions.

Must-Haves for this Role :

- BE/B.Tech/MCA with 4 to 6 years of professional software development experience, preferably in a startup or fast-paced tech environment.

- Strong proficiency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, C++, or C#, with a solid foundation in data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.

- Hands-on experience with AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure, along with modern development practices including Agile, Git, and Jira.

- Commitment to writing high-quality, well-tested code with strong test coverage.

- Experience leveraging AI-powered coding tools (e.g., Cursor, Windsurf, or similar) to improve development efficiency and code quality.

- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with a growth mindset and a passion for continuous learning.
