Senior Software Development Lead - Full Stack Applications

We are hiring a Senior Software Development Lead to drive architecture, development, and delivery of scalable, high-performance software solutions within the Solutions R&D team.

This is a hands-on technical leadership role requiring strong full-stack expertise, real-time data processing experience, and the ability to mentor teams while owning delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and develop scalable full-stack applications.

- Lead backend development using Python and high-performance languages (Rust preferred / C++ acceptable).

- Drive frontend development using React and TypeScript.

- Design and manage microservices, APIs, and data pipelines.

- Lead and mentor development teams; conduct code reviews and enforce best practices.

- Work with real-time data systems, IoT integrations, and event-driven architectures.

- Collaborate with product, pre-sales, and stakeholders for solution design and delivery.

- Ensure secure coding, CI/CD pipelines, and production readiness.

Must-Have Skills :

- Strong experience in React, TypeScript, Python.

- Backend architecture : microservices, REST APIs, databases.

- 3+ years in a technical lead or team lead role.

- Experience with real-time data or streaming systems.

- CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, Git workflows.

Preferred Skills :

- Rust ecosystem experience or willingness to transition.

- IoT, telecom, or industrial systems exposure.

- Kafka, MQTT, Redis Streams, or similar technologies.

- Product or PoC-to-production experience.
