Position : Senior SDET (Software Development Engineer in Test)

Experience : 4-8 Years

Location : Bangalore, India

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SDET to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have 4-8 years of experience with a strong background in both manual and automated testing. You will be responsible for designing and developing robust test automation frameworks for our web and mobile applications. This role requires a hands-on approach to testing, a passion for quality, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Automation Framework Design & Development :

- Innovate, design, and develop comprehensive test automation frameworks for web applications, mobile applications, and web services.

- Create and maintain shared libraries and object repositories for the automation framework.

Test Planning & Execution :

- Plan and execute end-to-end test cases, focusing on effective test design and coverage.

- Develop and run manual tests for complex scenarios where automation is not practical.

Collaboration & Quality Assurance :

- Work closely with development and product teams to ensure high-quality releases.

- Engage in functional testing by creating detailed test scenarios and comprehensive test plans.

Required Skills :

Core Experience :

- 4-8 years of experience as an SDET or in a similar role.

- B.Tech in Computer Science/Information Technology.

Automation & Technical Proficiency :

- Strong experience with automation testing tools such as Selenium, Appium, or Rest Assured.

- Experience with programming languages like Java, Python, or JavaScript.

- Proven experience with functional testing, including test case design and execution.

Database & Performance :

- Experience with SQL and MySQL.

- Knowledge of performance testing tools like JMeter.
