The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable automated test solutions while ensuring high-quality software delivery across web applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain automation test frameworks using Cypress and Playwright

- Write clean, maintainable, and reusable test scripts using JavaScript and TypeScript

- Perform end-to-end, regression, and smoke testing for web applications

- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines

- Manage test cases, test cycles, and defect tracking using Zephyr Scale

- Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and DevOps teams

- Perform API testing and validate backend services

- Ensure quality across cloud-based environments

- Analyze test results, identify flaky tests, and drive continuous improvement

- Mentor junior QA engineers and contribute to test strategy discussions

Mandatory Skills :

- 5+ years of experience in Software Testing / Test Automation

- Strong hands-on experience with Cypress and Playwright

- Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript

- Experience with Zephyr Scale or similar test management tools

- Good understanding of cloud environments (AWS / Azure / GCP)

- Experience working with CI/CD pipelines

- Solid knowledge of QA processes, SDLC, and Agile methodologies

Good to Have :

- API testing experience (Postman / REST APIs)

- Performance or security testing exposure

- Experience with GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar tools

- Prior mentoring or lead responsibilities
