- Define and execute test strategy for backend services, APIs, mobile, and frontend systems

- Own end-to-end test case design, automation coverage, and release validation

- Collaborate with developers and product owners to ensure comprehensive test coverage and production readiness

- Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and enforce quality gates

- Implement risk-based testing approaches for high-impact fintech flows

- Leverage AI-powered testing tools to :

1. Generate optimized test cases

2. Detect regression risks

3. Improve coverage intelligently

- Design and maintain scalable automation frameworks

- Collaborate with DevOps to ensure stable, production-like test environments

- Validate observability (logs, metrics, alerts) before release

- Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive quality improvements

- Contribute to performance, load, and stress testing initiatives

- Support security testing efforts and validation of authentication/authorization flows

- Promote shift-left testing culture across engineering teams

- Ensure adherence to STLC best practices in an agile development environment

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Technical Skills :

- 5+ years of experience in QA with strong automation background

- Strong experience testing backend systems and microservices architectures

- Strong experience in frontend and mobile testing

- Hands-on experience with :

1 Postgres

2. Kafka

3. Redis

4. REST APIs

5. Postman

6. Git

7. Argo CD

8. ELK stack

9. Cloud environments

- Experience building backend automation frameworks (e.g., Jest, Mocha, RestAssured, etc.)

- Experience with frontend/mobile automation tools (e.g., Cypress, Playwright, Appium)

- Experience with performance/load testing tools (JMeter, k6)

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and quality gates

- Experience using AI-assisted tools to accelerate test generation and defect detection

- Ability to validate and refine AI-generated test artifacts

- Data-driven mindset for improving coverage and reducing regression risk
