Role Description :

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hyderabad for a Senior Software Development Engineer.

The Senior Software Development Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software applications.

Day-to-day tasks include back-end web development, programming, troubleshooting, and ensuring the quality and performance of software systems.

The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand and meet technical requirements and participating in code reviews and discussions to maintain best practices.

Key Skills & Experience :

- Strong hands-on experience across multiple ServiceNow modules - ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, ITAM, GRC/IRM, CSM, and more.

- Expertise in designing and customizing Employee Portals / Employee Center (EC / EC Pro) for seamless user experiences.

- Proven experience working with Now Assist (GenAI features) to enhance workflows and productivity.

- Proficiency with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, scripting (Client/Server/Glide), UI policies, and Business Rules.

- Ability to architect, lead, and deliver scalable enterprise solutions.

- ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS, CTA) are a strong plus.

Qualifications :

- Strong foundation in Computer Science principles.

- Expertise in Back-End Web Development and familiarity with the associated frameworks and tools.

- Proven experience in Software Development and Programming.

- Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
