Senior Software Engineer - Java / GoLang

Location : Bangalore

Experience : 6 - 8 Years

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with strong backend engineering experience in Java and/or GoLang, distributed systems, microservices, and data platforms.

Must-Have Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience with Java / GoLang

- Expertise in Distributed Systems & Microservices

- Experience building Data Pipelines using Kafka, Spark, Data Lake / Data Warehouse

- Strong understanding of Data Governance, including Metadata Management, Data Lineage, and Data Quality

- Experience with REST APIs & Platform Engineering

- Strong knowledge of RBAC / ABAC / IAM / Security

- Experience designing and developing scalable, reliable backend systems

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and microservices

- Build highly reliable distributed systems and platform components

- Develop and optimize real-time/batch data pipelines

- Work with Kafka, Spark and modern data platforms

- Implement data governance, lineage, metadata and data-quality capabilities

- Develop secure REST APIs and platform services

- Implement authorization and access-control mechanisms using RBAC/ABAC/IAM

- Collaborate with product, data, infrastructure and security teams

- Troubleshoot complex production issues and drive performance improvements
