Job Description :

We are looking for a Senior Software Development Engineer with strong hands-on software development experience and the ability to lead and manage an engineering team.

The role involves designing and developing scalable applications, contributing to product development, and providing technical guidance to team members.

Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage a team of software engineers while remaining hands-on with development activities.

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance applications.

- Drive end-to-end product development from requirement analysis and technical design through development, testing, and deployment.

- Develop backend services and microservices using Java and Spring/Spring Boot.

- Develop and maintain frontend applications using Angular/AngularJS.

- Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices-based architectures.

- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding, design, and engineering standards.

- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive effective solutions.

- Collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, and other cross-functional teams to deliver product features.

- Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and performance feedback to team members.

- Contribute to technical design discussions, architecture decisions, and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software while maintaining scalability, security, and maintainability.

Required Skills :

- 4 - 9 years of experience in software development and product engineering.

- Strong hands-on development experience with Java and Spring/Spring Boot.

- Strong experience with microservices architecture and REST APIs.

- Experience with Angular/AngularJS and frontend development.

- Strong understanding of software design, development lifecycle, debugging, and performance optimization.

- Experience leading or managing a software engineering team is preferred.

- Strong code-review, technical problem-solving, and mentoring skills.

- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
