Role Overview:

As a Senior Software Development Engineer, you will be at the core of our engineering efforts, responsible for building and scaling the platforms that power our recruitment ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

- Architect and implement scalable backend services that handle high-concurrency traffic to ensure seamless platform performance.

- Design and optimize complex database schemas and caching strategies to improve data retrieval speeds for our search and recommendation engines.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify technical bottlenecks and implement innovative solutions that enhance user engagement.

- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and technical guidance to foster a culture of engineering excellence and best practices.

- Develop and maintain robust APIs that integrate with third-party services to expand the functionality and reach of our recruitment platform.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in Software Architecture and System Design, with a proven ability to build distributed systems that are both fault-tolerant and highly available.

- Strong proficiency in Data Structures and Algorithms, with the ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code that solves complex computational problems.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate effectively within a remote-first, distributed team environment.

- A solid academic foundation in Computer Science or a related field, complemented by 5 - 9 years of hands-on experience in full-stack or backend development.

- High degree of adaptability and self-motivation, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift based on user feedback and market demands.
