Senior Software Development Engineer - Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and algorithms for real-world applications.

- Work with large datasets to perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ML models into production systems.

- Experiment with deep learning architectures, including transformers and LLM-based models.

- Develop and maintain frontend components for AI-powered applications using React or similar frameworks.

- Continuously research and explore new techniques to enhance model performance and scalability.

Requirements :

- Masters degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in machine learning or AI development.

- Strong proficiency in Python programming.

- Experience with ML libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and scikit-learn.

- Solid understanding of machine learning fundamentals, including model evaluation and optimization.

- Familiarity with frontend development and frameworks like React.

- Basic understanding of LLMs and transformer-based architectures is a plus.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience working in cloud-based ML environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

- Exposure to MLOps tools and practices for model deployment and monitoring.

- Understanding of data pipelines and ETL processes.
