Senior Software Developer - React.js

About the Role :

The Sr. Software Developer will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining high-performance, scalable, and user-friendly front-end web applications with strong expertise in React.js. This role requires technical expertise, architectural thinking, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver exceptional user experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain scalable, high- quality web applications using React.js.

- Translate UI/UX designs into responsive, pixel- perfect front-end components.

- Architect reusable components and front-end frameworks for long- term scalability.

- Integrate with REST/GraphQL APIs and collaborate closely with backend teams.

- Optimize application performance, including load times and rendering efficiency.

- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

- Write and maintain unit/integration tests to ensure code reliability.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex front-end issues.

- Mentor junior developers and support team members with technical guidance.

- Contribute to Agile project management and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Testing :

- Jest

- React Testing Library

- Cypress / Playwright (optional)

Performance & Optimization :

- Code splitting, lazy loading

- Performance profiling & debugging

- Experience in Test driven software development.

- Proficient in using project management tools (Jira and Git/TFS).

- Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, to provide feedback, and present solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Desirable Skills :

- Experience with Next.js and Server-Side Rendering (SSR)

- Experience in Backend REST API development using .Net or Python Flask etc.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
