Job Summary :

- We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Developer - Pega to join our dynamic team.

- The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in designing, developing, and implementing Pega applications, with a deep understanding of business process management and case management concepts.

- You will work closely with business analysts, architects, and other developers to deliver scalable, efficient, and high-quality Pega solutions that meet client requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy Pega applications and solutions using Pega PRPC platform.

- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.

- Develop and maintain Pega workflows, rules, UI components, and integration points.

- Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of Pega applications to ensure high performance and reliability.

- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance throughout the software development lifecycle.

- Ensure adherence to Pega best practices, standards, and governance models.

- Work closely with architects and infrastructure teams to deploy and support applications in different environments.

- Participate in code reviews and design discussions.

- Optimize existing Pega solutions for performance and scalability.

- Document technical specifications, design documents, and user manuals.

- Stay updated with the latest Pega platform features, updates, and industry trends.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 5+ years of software development experience, with at least 3 years working on Pega PRPC platform.

- Strong hands-on experience with Pega frameworks, case management, business rules, integration techniques, and UI design.

- Proficient in Pega 7.x/8.x versions.

- Experience with Java, SQL, and web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).

- Good understanding of BPM concepts and software development lifecycle (SDLC).

- Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical solutions.

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Pega Certified System Architect (CSA) or Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) certification is highly preferred
