Role Overview :

As a Senior Software Developer, you will be responsible for architecting and maintaining robust backend systems that power our core product offerings.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and frontend engineers, to translate complex business requirements into clean, maintainable code.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement high-performance backend services using Node.js and Express.js to support growing user demands.

- Architect scalable cloud solutions on AWS, ensuring optimal resource utilization and system availability for our global client base.

- Apply advanced design patterns to refactor legacy codebases, improving system maintainability and reducing technical debt.

- Mentor junior developers through code reviews and technical guidance to foster a culture of high-quality software craftsmanship.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical roadmaps, ensuring that development efforts align with long-term business objectives.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in building production-grade applications using Node.js and Express.js with a deep understanding of asynchronous programming.

- Proven ability to architect and deploy complex systems on AWS, including familiarity with serverless architecture and containerization.

- Strong command of JavaScript and its ecosystem, with a focus on writing testable, modular, and efficient code.

- Proficiency in applying industry-standard design patterns to solve architectural problems and improve system performance.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and work effectively in a collaborative, office-based environment in Bangalore.

- A minimum of 5 to 8 years of professional experience in backend software development, preferably within a fast-paced product-driven organization.
