Role : Software Developer / Senior Software Developer - .NET & React

We are looking for a highly skilled Software Developer / Senior Software Developer - .NET & React to join our growing technology team. This role focuses on building robust, scalable, and high-performance web applications using modern frontend and backend technologies.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about clean code, performance optimization, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable and user-centric solutions aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions using React, Next.js, ASP.NET, .NET MVC, and SQL Server.

- Collaborate closely with the Product team to understand business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.

- Work with QA and Information Security (Infosec) teams to ensure smooth, secure, and compliant delivery of application features.

- Develop efficient, reusable, and high-quality frontend components in React and backend services using .NET MVC, following best practices and coding standards.

- Ensure applications are lightweight, high-performing, and responsive, delivering a seamless user experience across devices.

- Proactively identify performance bottlenecks, security vulnerabilities, and defects, and resolve them through effective debugging and optimization.

- Continuously improve application performance, scalability, and maintainability through refactoring and architectural improvements.

- Implement and maintain proper code organization, version control, and automation to enhance development productivity.

- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, build processes, and automated deployments to streamline delivery cycles.

- Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and technical planning sessions.

- Support production deployments and provide timely resolution for critical application issues when required.

Technical Skills & Requirements :

- Strong hands-on experience with React.js and Next.js for frontend development.

- Solid experience with ASP.NET, .NET MVC, and C# for backend development.

- Strong proficiency in SQL Server, including query optimization, stored procedures, and database design.

- Good understanding of RESTful APIs and integration with frontend applications.

- Experience with performance optimization techniques for both frontend and backend systems.

- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and modern SDLC practices.

- Experience with version control systems such as Git.

- Exposure to CI/CD tools and automated build/deployment pipelines is a strong advantage.

- Understanding of application security best practices is a plus.
