The selected candidate will contribute to the evolution and modernization of our Compass Cash Center Software Digital Systems, a market-leading cash center workflow platform used by central banks, commercial banks, and cash-in-transit (CIT) organizations worldwide.

The role involves designing, developing, testing, and enhancing enterprise-grade applications built on the Microsoft technology stack. You will work closely with cross-functional teams across India and Germany in a collaborative Agile/Scrum environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, implement, and maintain enterprise-grade software components for Compass Cash Center products.

- Build scalable, high-performance applications using C#, .NET, ASP.NET, and Blazor technologies.

- Develop and enhance desktop applications using Telerik UI components.

- Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and efficient code following coding standards and best practices.

- Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical solution design.

- Develop automated unit tests and integration tests to ensure software quality and reliability.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues in distributed multi-tier enterprise applications.

- Collaborate closely with system testers, QA engineers, and support teams for defect resolution and performance optimization.

- Create proof-of-concepts (POCs) to validate technical approaches and design assumptions.
