Required Knowledge, Skills & Experience :

- Strong SQL database development skills.

- Hands-on development with Snowflake, Azure Data Factory (ADF), DBT, and Python.

- Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Git).

- Expertise in performance tuning for large datasets.

- Ability to deliver structured, well-tested software.

- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management.

- Skilled in solution design with transition capability to support teams.

- Logical and structured problem-solving abilities.

Desirable Knowledge, Skills & Experience :

- Background in Financial Services or data-related domains.

- Development experience with .NET and Azure.

- Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies.

- Knowledge of test automation (e.g., TDD).

- Balance between short-term delivery and long-term strategy.

- Multi-disciplinary skills across the SDLC.

- Proactive, delivery-focused mindset.
