Role Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SnapLogic Developer to lead the design, development, enhancement, and support of enterprise integration solutions using the SnapLogic Intelligent Integration Platform. The role requires deep expertise in integrating applications such as SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, SQL databases, and cloud applications.

Technical Expertise :

- 7+ years of experience in enterprise integration development.

- 4+ years of hands-on experience with SnapLogic.

- Strong experience integrating: SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, SQL Databases.

- Deep understanding of integration design patterns, API-led integration architectures, event-driven architectures, and data transformation.

- Strong expertise in JSON, XML, XSD, REST, SOAP, JDBC, and Web Services technologies.

- Experience implementing authentication and security protocols such as OAuth2, JWT, SAML, SSL/TLS, and API security frameworks.

DevOps & CI/CD :

- Hands-on experience with Git, GitHub, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or similar tools.

- Experience designing automated deployment pipelines and knowledge of environment promotion strategies.

Support & Operational Excellence :

- Strong experience in L3 production support environments.

- Expertise in troubleshooting complex integration failures and performing root cause analysis.

- Strong understanding of SLA-driven support models and monitoring/logging tools.

AI & Automation Skills :

- Experience using AI-assisted development platforms such as Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar tools.

- Ability to leverage AI for development acceleration, testing, documentation, and operational efficiency.

Leadership & Soft Skills :

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Proven mentoring and team leadership experience.

- Experience working in Agile and DevOps delivery models.

Preferred Qualifications :

- SnapLogic Certified Developer or Architect Certification.

- SAP SuccessFactors or ServiceNow Integration experience.

- Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud certifications.

- ITIL Foundation certification.
