Seeking a Senior Sitecore Developer with 58 years of experience in Sitecore CDP/Personalize, XM/XP, personalization, experimentation, JavaScript, HTML/CSS and API integration.

Key Responsibilities:

- Hands-on experience in Sitecore CDP/Personalize implementation, personalization, experimentation, configuration, integration and platform optimization.

- Strong JavaScript, HTML/CSS and other skills.

- Architect and develop scalable web applications using Sitecore XM/XP to ensure high availability and optimal performance for enterprise clients.

- Implement advanced Sitecore Personalization and CDP strategies to enable data-driven customer experiences that increase engagement and conversion rates.

- Design and maintain secure API integrations to connect Sitecore with third-party systems, ensuring seamless data flow across the enterprise ecosystem.

- Collaborate with frontend teams to integrate responsive HTML/CSS and Javascript components, maintaining high standards of accessibility and cross-browser compatibility.

- Conduct rigorous code reviews and provide technical mentorship to junior developers to uphold engineering excellence and best practices within the team.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical bottlenecks in existing Sitecore implementations to improve system stability and user experience.
