Key Responsibilities :

- Operational Support (40%) : Apply technical expertise and people skills to perform day-to-day responsibilities with moderate supervision.

- Technical Support (30%) : Deliver in-depth problem analysis and resolution for complex technical issues.

- Project Management (20%) : Lead and manage small to medium-scale projects and tasks of varying complexity across the enterprise.

- Customer Advocacy (10%) : Function as a liaison and advocate for enterprise customers.

Specialized Capabilities :

Digital Forensics :

- Conduct forensic investigations to identify root causes of system failures or security breaches.

- Recover and analyze data using tools such as Azure Monitor, Dynatrace, and Datadog.

- Document findings in detailed investigation reports.

- Stay current with trends in digital forensics and cybersecurity.

- Develop automation to proactively detect and address potential issues.

DevOps Engineering :

- Automate processes and develop scripts using tools such as Python, Power Automate, PowerApps, and Visual Studio Code.

- Implement and maintain monitoring and logging solutions.

Disaster Recovery & Resiliency :

- Apply knowledge of disaster recovery planning and business continuity practices.

What are the requirements needed for this position?

- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent experience

- 5+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering or a related field.

- Proficiency in infrastructure, networking, server administration, and performance monitoring tools.

- Familiarity with service management processes and methodologies such as Agile, ITIL, and Waterfall.

- Advanced knowledge of Windows (90%) and Unix/Linux (10%) operating systems, distributed/cloud infrastructure, Networking, Databases, and Security services.

- Strong scripting skills in PowerShell, PowerApps, or equivalent languages.

- 5+ years of experience in a 3GL development language (i.e., Python, C++, or .NET language such as C#, VB). Must be comfortable with full stack web development.

- Must be fluent in English (Spoken and Written)

- Wireshark Certified Network Analyst (WCNA) certification.
