Key requirements :
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), particularly Cloud Monitoring / Google Cloud Observability and Splunk
- Strong understanding of observability architecture (logs, metrics, traces) at enterprise scale
- Experience with OpenTelemetry, Bindplane, and Cribl for telemetry pipelines
- Experience integrating metrics and logs from AWS and Azure environments
- Strong understanding of SRE practices, reliability engineering, monitoring strategy, and incident management
- Ability to design scalable observability architectures across multi-cloud environments
- Comfortable leading technical discussions with client engineering leadership
- Strong hands-on technical depth combined with architectural thinking
This role will require someone who can quickly step into an active client engagement, lead architecture discussions, and guide the engineering team.
