We have an excellent opportunity for a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to join our Customer and Banking platforms team.
- Providing stable customer ready platforms through site reliability engineering practices.
- Support and enable application development to iterate faster through to production.
- To providing out of hours support to quick respond and resolve incidents to maintain the highest level of service availability to our customers.
What will your day look like
In this role you will have be accountable for :
- Digital customer platform stability and health
- Supporting and improving continuous delivery pipelines
- Development using Java
- Responding and managing incidents through to resolution
- Managing and actioning changes, collaborating with delivery teams
- Building our DevOps and SRE capabilities to support customer platforms and improve agility

Must have technical skills :
- Excellent documentation and communication skills
- Strong multi-platform operating system knowledge; such as Linux and Microsoft Windows.
- An understand of DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, Infrastructure as Code practices
- Development or scripting experience with Python, Bash, Ansible, Terraform, Helm, Java, Groovy
- Familiar with development SDLC tooling such as IDE's, Git, and CIDC pipelines like Jenkins, CodeFresh
- Knowledge and experiences working with Kubernetes or Open shift
- Good knowledge and working experience with network level troubleshooting
- Passionate about technology
