Senior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE)

Location : Mumbai , Navi Mumbai - Hybrid office visits will be scheduled as and when required.

About the Role :

We are seeking a highly experienced Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) at the L3 level to lead the design, automation, and optimization of our large-scale, distributed systems. The ideal candidate will be an expert in cloud infrastructure, automation frameworks, and system resilience driving innovation and reliability across our technology ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the implementation of SRE best practices and reliability standards.

- Design, build, and optimize distributed systems for high availability and scalability.

- Define and maintain SLOs, SLIs, and SLAs to ensure service reliability.

- Drive automation, orchestration, and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Provide expert technical guidance and mentorship to engineering teams.

- Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance system performance and efficiency.

Skills & Experience :

- 8+ years of relevant experience in SRE, DevOps, or cloud infrastructure roles.

- Expert-level knowledge of distributed systems and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

- Strong experience with automation/orchestration tools (Terraform, Ansible, Kubernetes, etc.).

- Proven expertise in performance optimization and system scalability.

- Strong programming/scripting skills (Python, Go, Shell, etc.).

Soft Skills :

- Excellent leadership and communication abilities.

- Strategic thinker with a focus on reliability and efficiency.

- Proven ability to mentor, guide, and influence at a senior technical level.
