About the Role :

Were hiring a Senior SilverPeak SD-WAN Network Engineer to design, implement, and optimize enterprise SD-WAN environments across multiple locations.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with SilverPeak SD-WAN, deep knowledge of WAN architecture and routing protocols, and a passion for automation and performance tuning.

Youll be responsible for architecting scalable SD-WAN solutions, ensuring reliability, and leading network transformation initiatives for enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, plan, and document SilverPeak SD-WAN architecture and deployment models.

- Configure and orchestrate SilverPeak SD-WAN appliances for remote and branch sites.

- Manage security zones, VRFs, Edge HA, and VRRP/WCCP configurations.

- Perform software upgrades on orchestrators and edge devices.

- Create and deploy configuration templates and automation scripts across multiple sites.

- Monitor and optimize bandwidth, latency, and TCP performance using SD-WAN features.

- Generate and automate performance and utilization reports.

- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to resolve complex SD-WAN and network issues.

- Apply QoS and traffic-shaping best practices to improve performance.

- Maintain documentation and ensure alignment with industry and audit standards.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 10- 12 years of overall network engineering experience.

- Proven hands-on experience with SilverPeak SD-WAN orchestration, configuration, and troubleshooting.

- Expertise in BGP and OSPF routing protocols.

- Strong understanding of WAN optimization, Edge HA, and QoS.

- Experience managing LAN/WAN environments and Cisco networking.

- Proficiency in Linux systems for configuration and monitoring.

- Ability to automate processes and generate analytical reports.

- Excellent communication, analytical, and documentation skills.

Education & Certifications :

- Bachelors degree (or higher) in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

- SilverPeak Expert Certification (required).

- Strong Linux proficiency (mandatory).
