Role Summary :

In this senior-level position, you will architect and develop advanced software solutions that push silicon hardware to its limits. This role requires deep understanding of low-level hardware details (bits and bytes) and operating software to design stress scenarios that validate system robustness under extreme conditions.

You will work beyond traditional C++ and Python, leveraging high-performance programming techniques to create tools and frameworks that maximize hardware utilization and uncover edge-case behaviors. Collaboration with design, verification, architecture, and software teams is essential to ensure comprehensive coverage and accurate validation.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and execute complex stress and performance test plans targeting silicon hardware and system-level integration.

- Develop high-performance code in C++, Python, and other languages as needed to create stress tools and validation frameworks.

- Analyze hardware architecture and software stack to identify bottlenecks and design stress scenarios that push the system to its operational limits.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, verification, architecture, software) to align validation strategies with product requirements.

- Debug and resolve issues at the hardware-software boundary, providing actionable insights to improve system reliability and performance.

- Document methodologies, results, and recommendations in detailed technical reports.

Requirements :

- 10+ years of experience of programming in RT/Embedded environments

- Strong knowledge of C++ and Python for high-performance and automation tasks

- Proven ability to debug complex issues by analyzing both software and silicon design

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or equivalent experience
