Job Opening : Senior ServiceNow Solution Engineer

We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Solution Engineer with 6+ years of hands-on experience in the ServiceNow platform. This role is ideal for someone passionate about IRM, SecOps, and cybersecurity transformations, with the ability to lead technical delivery and consult clients at a strategic level.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead ServiceNow development across JavaScript, Web Services Integrations, and full-stack web technologies (Java, Angular.js, HTML, CSS).

- Configure applications leveraging ServiceNow UI/UX capabilities : Flow Designer, UI Builder, Business Rules, UI Pages, DB Views, and more.

- Develop client-specific reporting and transform business/technical requirements into actionable implementation plans.

- Document requirements, technical specifications, and maintain architecture/integration documentation.

- Collaborate with ServiceNow technical teams (Cloud Infrastructure) to set up and optimize SaaS platforms.

- Provide consultative guidance, presenting options with pros/cons and risks during project delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- ServiceNow Certified Platform Administrator

- ServiceNow Implementation Specialist in IRM

- Proven experience as a key technical resource delivering ServiceNow solutions in client environments.

- Hands-on expertise with Tokyo & San Diego versions of ServiceNow.

- Strong background in XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services, and SaaS environments.

- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).

- Ability to influence stakeholders and consult on technical decisions.

Preferred Background :

- Experience in cybersecurity, Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) domains.

- Strong consulting mindset with the ability to lead architecture and integration strategies.

- Track record of driving digital transformation projects across industries.
