Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop complex custom applications within the ServiceNow platform.

- Work on SOAP and REST integrations to connect ServiceNow with external systems.

- Develop and maintain ServiceNow Service Portal components and widgets.

- Utilize ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, etc.) to meet business requirements.

- Manage ServiceNow migration and platform upgrades effectively.

- Collaborate with stakeholders and participate in client interactions to gather requirements and deliver solutions.

- Enhancement and support Field Service Management (FSM), Asset Management, and Now Mobile Agent applications.

- Ensure best practices and performance standards are maintained throughout the development lifecycle.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Strong technical knowledge in core ServiceNow concepts and architecture.

- Proven experience in designing and developing custom applications in Field Service Management.

- Solid experience with web services integrations using SOAP and REST.

- Hands-on experience in ServiceNow modules: Field Service Management, Asset Management, and Now Mobile Agent.


- Expertise in Service Portal development and customization.

- Proficient in ServiceNow scripting and development best practices.

- Knowledge and experience in ServiceNow instance migration and upgrade processes.

- Good communication skills and experience in working directly with clients.

Preferred Qualifications :

- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer / System Administrator certification.

- Certified Implementation Specialist in Field Service Management

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
