Job Title : Senior ServiceNow Software Engineer.


Location : Bangalore / Hyderabad / Pune (Hybrid 3 days office).


Shift : Afternoon shift (flexible).


Experience Required : 3+ years (relevant).


Domain : BFSI.


Mandate Skills :


- Active ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator).


- Active CAD (Certified Application Developer).


- Strong communication & analytical skills.


- Hands-on in ServiceNow Development / Implementation.


- Familiar with Agile / DevOps.


- Knowledge of ITSM, FSO, CSM modules.


Key Responsibilities :


- Maintain, support, and enhance existing ServiceNow FSO platform functionality.


- Design, configure, and implement new features aligned with business requirements.


- Manage integrations, plug-ins, and scoped applications.


- Handle incident tickets, troubleshooting, and documentation.


- Participate in ServiceNow release cycles and configuration activities.


- Enforce ServiceNow coding and platform governance standards.


- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile sprints and reviews.


Required Qualifications :


- 3+ years of ServiceNow development and implementation experience.


- Certified ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA) Mandatory.


- Certified ServiceNow Application Developer (CAD) Mandatory.


- Proficient in JavaScript, Glide scripting, UI Policies, and Data Structures.


? Preferred Qualifications :


- 4+ years in ServiceNow projects (preferably in BFSI or Financial Services).


- Certified Implementation Specialist in CSM and/or FSO.


- Strong experience in REST/SOAP API integrations.


- Working knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and DevOps tools.


- Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.


Primary Skillset :


- Service Management ITSM Tool ServiceNow Implementation.


(Level : Expert | Experience : 5+ years preferred).
