- Candidates should have a deep and hands-on understanding of the ServiceNow ecosystem, including core modules like Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Knowledge Management, and Service Catalog.

- Experience with advanced configurations, custom application development, and integrations with other systems is expected.

- Familiarity with ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, or other specialized ServiceNow modules is a plus.

- Should be capable of designing scalable solutions, optimizing existing workflows, and advising on platform best practices.

2. Excellent Programming Skills :

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript is essential, as it is the primary scripting language within ServiceNow (for both client and server-side scripting).

- Experience with Glide APIs, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, UI actions, and script includes.

- Ability to write efficient, reusable, and well-documented code within the ServiceNow environment.

- Familiarity with web technologies like HTML, CSS, AngularJS, and REST/SOAP APIs for integration and front-end development.

3. Experience with Portals (Seismic or Service Portal) :

- Hands-on experience in customizing and developing Service Portals to enhance user experience.

- Ability to build and configure widgets, pages, themes, and use portal APIs to create intuitive, responsive UIs.

- For Seismic (if applicable), candidates should understand its use in knowledge sharing and content integration, especially in customer support or sales environment

Experience :

- Minimum 10 years of total professional experience

- At least 5 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow

- Ability to work independently and collaborate directly with product managers and business stakeholders

Immediate joiners preferred; notice period up to 15 days acceptable

Shift : Candidates must be willing to work night shifts
