We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer specializing in Software Asset Management (SAM) and Hardware Asset Management (HAM) modules.

This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining ServiceNow ITAM solutions that optimize asset lifecycle management, improve compliance, and support business operations.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in ServiceNow Studio, Flow Designer, scripting, and integration capabilities, along with strong domain knowledge of licensing, entitlements, and asset reconciliation processes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and customize ServiceNow SAM and HAM modules to support efficient asset lifecycle and compliance management.

- Work extensively with ServiceNow Studio, Flow Designer, Glide APIs, Business Rules, and Client Scripts to build scalable and maintainable solutions.

- Design, develop, and maintain REST/SOAP integrations and use IntegrationHub to connect ServiceNow with external systems for asset tracking and data synchronization.

- Implement robust licensing management processes including entitlement management, reconciliation, normalization, and reclamation workflows.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical configurations and workflows.

- Actively participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, delivering high-quality features and enhancements on time.

- Assist in creating dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights into software and hardware asset utilization.

- Troubleshoot technical issues, provide support, and optimize ServiceNow asset management performance and reliability.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- 4+ years of experience in ServiceNow SAM Development, with at least 23 years in HAM development.

- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Studio, Flow Designer, Glide APIs, Business Rules, and Client Scripts.

- Proficient in designing and implementing REST/SOAP integrations and working with IntegrationHub.

- Strong understanding of software asset management conceptslicensing, entitlements, reconciliation, normalization, and reclamation.

- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.

- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with business and technical teams.

Nice to Have :

- ServiceNow SAM Pro and HAM certifications.

- Experience creating dashboards, reports, and KPIs related to asset management
