The Senior ServiceNow Developer (C2H) will play a critical role in architecting, configuring, and enhancing ITSM workflows to support enterprise-level change management, automation, and compliance initiatives.

- This position requires the flexibility to work night shifts aligned with PST/EST time zones in a fully remote setup.

- The candidate will be responsible for configuring and extending the IT Service Management platform-primarily ServiceNow, but experience with alternatives such as Remedy or Jira Service Management is valuable-to enforce complex change approval workflows across multiple technology domains.

- The role involves developing automation for rollback procedures, multi-level approvals, impact assessments, and post-implementation reviews to strengthen operational governance.

- The developer will work closely with technical teams to guide them on best practices for creating, submitting, tracking, and documenting change requests, ensuring alignment with internal policies and regulatory standards.

- In addition to workflow configuration, the candidate will be responsible for building comprehensive dashboards and reporting mechanisms to track technical compliance metrics, SLA adherence, and change success rates.

- They will collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to pilot and validate enforcement workflows in high-risk environments such as firewall management, payment systems, surveillance systems, and other mission-critical domains.

- The ideal candidate should bring over 5 years of hands-on experience in ITSM or IT operations engineering, with deep expertise in ServiceNow development, including scripting, Flow Designer, CMDB, discovery, integrations, and custom UI components.

- Strong understanding of security controls, audit readiness, and integrating governance frameworks into operational workflows is essential.

- The role requires excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, documentation discipline, and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, globally distributed environment.
