Key Responsibilities :
- Configure ITSM platform for change approval workflows.
- Develop automation for rollback, approvals, and post-implementation reviews.
- Support technical staff in submitting, tracking, and documenting change requests.
- Build dashboards and reports for technical compliance metrics.
- Troubleshoot and fine-tune enforcement controls to balance security with operational efficiency
