Role Overview :

We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer with strong experience in CSM, Order Management (OM), and AI / Now Assist capabilities.

Must-Have Skills :

- 5+ years hands-on ServiceNow CSM

- 3+ years hands-on ServiceNow Order Management (OM)

- 1+ year experience with ServiceNow Now Assist / AI

- Experience with AI Agents / Agentic AI Workflows

- Strong knowledge of Flow Designer - IntegrationHub

- Generative AI - Prompt Engineering

- Strong JavaScript, REST APIs and ServiceNow scripting

- Experience with Business Rules, Script Includes and Client Scripts

- ServiceNow CSA Certification - Mandatory

Good to Have :

- CIS-CSM / CIS-OM

- Predictive Intelligence / Virtual Agent

- AI Search - Knowledge Management

- RAG / GenAI implementations

- UI Builder / App Engine

- Experience in enterprise CSM / OM implementations

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and customize ServiceNow CSM and Order Management solutions.

- Work on customer service, case management, order lifecycle and workflow automation.

- Implement Now Assist, AI Agents and GenAI solutions.

- Design AI-driven workflows, prompts and integrations.

- Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.

- Support AI adoption, PoCs and platform innovation.

- Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical solution design.
