Job Title : Sr. Developer ServiceNow CSM
Experience : 5+ years (overall 8 to 10+ years)
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement ServiceNow CSM solutions aligned with client needs.
- Lead technical design sessions and prepare related documentation.
- Configure, customize, and troubleshoot CSM modules and custom applications.
- Provide advanced support including issue resolution, bug fixing, and root cause analysis.
- Manage ServiceNow platform stability and performance.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and ensure timely delivery of tasks.
Technical Skills :
- Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow CSM Development & Custom Apps.
- Scripting : Business Rules, Script Includes, Glide System, Glide AJAX.
- UI/UX : UI Pages, Macros, Menus, Workspaces, Portals (JavaScript, Bootstrap, HTML, CSS).
- Experience with Workflows, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Spokes.
- Strong integration experience with SOAP/REST APIs.
Mandatory Skills :
- ServiceNow CSM Developer
- ServiceNow Integration (SOAP/REST, Web Services).
