Senior ServiceNow Developer/Architect - ITSM/ITOM/HRSD

Description : Sr. ServiceNow Developer/Architect

Required Qualifications :

- 6 to 8+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.

- Strong understanding of JavaScript, AngularJS, Glide API, and general web technologies.

- Expertise in multiple ServiceNow modules like ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps. (ITSM is required; others a plus).

- Experience with Service Portal, Workspace, and UI Builder.

- Proven experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party tools.

- Strong understanding of relational databases, CMDB, and data models.

- Familiarity with ITIL concepts and enterprise IT processes.

- Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- ServiceNow Certifications (any combination of the following) :

1. Certified System Administrator (CSA) required

2. Certified Application Developer (CAD)

3. Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM/HRSD/CSM/Discovery/ITOM/etc.)

4. Certified Technical Architect (nice to have)

5. Certified ITIL 4 Foundation :

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

- Experience with DevOps, ATF, source control, and CI/CD pipelines for ServiceNow.
