- Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications and solutions.

- Develop scalable automation solutions using platform capabilities.

Scripting & Customization :

- Develop and maintain :

1. Business Rules

2. Client Scripts

3. UI Policies

4. Script Includes

5. UI Actions

6. Scheduled Jobs

- Implement custom functionality following ServiceNow best practices.

Integrations :

- Develop and maintain integrations using :

1. REST APIs

2. SOAP APIs

3. MID Server

4. Microsoft Graph

5. Active Directory

- Troubleshoot and optimize integration performance.

Platform Enhancements :

- Support platform upgrades and new feature implementations.

- Analyze business requirements and design technical solutions.

- Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with platform standards.

Testing & Deployment :

- Perform unit testing and support UAT activities.

- Participate in release planning and deployment processes.

- Maintain technical documentation.

- 5+ years of ServiceNow Development experience.
