Senior ServiceNow Developer

Description :

- Develop and customize ServiceNow applications including ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, ITBM, or SecOps.

- Build and enhance Service Portal components and UI elements.

- Perform scripting and development using JavaScript within ServiceNow.

- Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST, SOAP, AJAX, and JSON/XML.

- Develop and maintain workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and server-side scripts.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.

- Troubleshoot issues and provide effective technical solutions.

- Continuously learn and adapt to new ServiceNow features and technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications (Must Have) :

- 4+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow Platform Development.

- Strong expertise in ServiceNow (SNOW) application development.

- Strong development experience with JavaScript.

- Hands-on experience with Service Portal and UI development.

- Strong knowledge of AJAX, JSON, HTML, XML, CSS, SOAP, and REST APIs.

- Experience working in an Agile development environment.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Customer-centric mindset and ability to work in a diverse team environment.

Certifications (Mandatory) :

OR

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

Nice to Have :

- Exposure to multiple ServiceNow modules

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
