Role : Sr. ServiceNow developer

YoE : 8+ years

Location : India

Mode of work : Remote

Work Timing : 6pm- 2am IST (atleast 6 hours PST overlap)

Tools & Platforms : ITAM, ITOM, CMDB specialization, and strong communication skills.

Availability : Immediate - 2 weeks.

Develop catalog items, workflows, and integrations in the ServiceNow platform. Support configuration updates and assist in delivering automation projects for digital service operations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure catalog items, UI policies, notifications, and approval flows.

- Write scripts using the Glide API to automate form behavior and background logic.

- Support integration tasks involving REST APIs or data imports.

- Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and QA testing.

- Contribute to documentation, versioning, and user guides.

Qualifications :

- 8+ years in ServiceNow application development.

- Proficiency in JavaScript and Flow Designer.

- Experience with ITAM, ITOM, CMDB and HRSD modules.

- Familiarity with REST API integrations and common script includes.

- Strong collaborative and troubleshooting skills.
