Role Overview :

The ServiceNow Technical Lead will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions. This role involves providing technical leadership, ensuring adherence to best practices, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver scalable and efficient solutions.

Capabilities: Custom UI /UX design & requirements engineering. Expert in various integrations scenarios with other technologies mainly SAP. Experience and knowledge in zero copy connector and ERP engine

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage ServiceNow implementation projects across all phases: requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.

- Design and develop custom ServiceNow applications, workflows, integrations, and scripts.

- Oversee configuration and customization of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, CSM,SOM etc.).

- Ensure seamless integration with other enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to developers and administrators.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.

- Implement and enforce ServiceNow development standards and best practices.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to ServiceNow.

- Stay updated on new ServiceNow features and industry trends.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.

- 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration.

- Proven experience in leading ServiceNow projects and teams.

- Strong understanding of ITIL and IT Service Management processes.

- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API) and integrations.

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

- ServiceNow certifications (Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist, Certified Application Developer) preferred.
