Senior Service Delivery Manager - Identity & Access Management

Location : Remote in India.

Duration : 6 Month Contract to Hire.

Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the end-to-end delivery of IGA projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting.

- Manage service delivery teams and coordinate cross-functional resources to ensure timely and high-quality implementation.

- Oversee incident management, escalations, and proactive health checks to ensure service continuity and client satisfaction.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with executive stakeholders to drive product adoption and business value.

- Align internal teams (engineering, support, product) with client goals and delivery milestones.

- Monitor service performance metrics and lead continuous improvement initiatives.

- Ensure compliance with SLAs, governance frameworks, and audit requirements.

- Provide strategic guidance on IGA architecture, integration, and process optimization.

- Support renewal and expansion efforts by identifying upsell opportunities and mitigating risks.

Required Qualifications :

SailPoint IdentityIQ or Saviynt.

- Proven track record of delivering complex IAM/IGA projects in consulting or service integrator

environments.

- Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management, access reviews, role-based access control (RBAC), and compliance frameworks.

- Experience managing global service delivery teams and client engagements.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

- Familiarity with ITIL processes and service management best practices.

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Masters preferred).

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with cloud-based identity solutions and integrations (e.g., Azure AD, REST APIs).

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-driven environment with global teams.
