We are looking for a Senior Sensor Engineer to design, develop, and implement advanced sensor technologies that drive efficiency and innovation across our operations.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in sensor design, data acquisition systems, signal processing, and algorithm development, with the ability to translate cutting-edge sensor technology into real-world industrial applications.

Sensor Technologies :

- In-depth knowledge of various sensor types, including temperature, pressure, proximity, optical, and inertial sensors.

- Expertise in MEMS (Micro-Electro-Mechanical Systems) and NEMS (Nano-Electro-Mechanical Systems).

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop sensor-based systems for cement products, airport baggage handling, and material handling processes.

- Select, specify, and integrate sensors (temperature, pressure, proximity, optical, barcode, inertial) into embedded systems, PLCs, and DCS.

- Develop analog and digital circuits for sensor signal conditioning, amplification, and filtering.

- Implement data acquisition systems and ensure reliable data collection using communication protocols (I2C, SPI, UART, CAN, Modbus, Profinet, Ethernet).

- Apply digital signal processing techniques to enhance data quality and accuracy.

- Build and integrate machine learning / AI algorithms for predictive maintenance, anomaly detection, and automation.

- Prototype, simulate, calibrate, and validate sensor systems for industrial environments.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sensor technologies into broader IoT and Industry 4.0 initiatives.

- Prepare technical documentation, reports, and user manuals.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelors / Masters in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, Mechatronics or related field (PhD is a plus).

- 3+ years of proven experience in sensor design, development, and implementation.

- Strong background in embedded systems, circuit design, and DSP.

- Proficiency in C/C++, Python, MATLAB/Simulink, LabVIEW.

- Experience with industrial automation, PLC/DCS integration, and IoT systems.

- Preferred : Experience in cement industry, airport operations, or material handling systems.
