Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Senior Seeburger BIS / B2B Managed File Transfer (MFT) Consultant with strong development and support expertise to manage, support, and enhance enterprise B2B and MFT solutions.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Seeburger BIS, strong troubleshooting and RCA capabilities, and the ability to lead high-priority production issues while supporting trading partner onboarding and system upgrades.

Key Responsibilities :

- Support and enhance Seeburger BIS B2B and MFT platforms, including development and configuration activities.

- Analyze processing errors and perform root cause analysis (RCA) at the Seeburger application level.

- Onboard trading partners using B2B and Managed File Transfer (MFT) solutions.

- Analyze and resolve performance and configuration issues within Seeburger BIS environments.

- Handle high-priority production incidents, ensuring timely resolution and minimal business impact.

- Lead and mentor a team while managing day-to-day operational activities.

- Monitor application logs to identify, investigate, and resolve configuration and connectivity issues.

- Manage and administer the User Management Console.

- Perform EDI mapping using BIC MD as per business requirements.

- Support and execute Seeburger BIS upgrades from one Service Pack to another.

- Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure stable and secure integrations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 712 years of relevant experience in Seeburger BIS / B2B MFT solutions.

- Strong hands-on experience with Managed File Transfer platforms, including Seeburger BIS and/or IBM Connect: Direct.

- Good understanding of communication protocols, X.509 certificates, and SSH keys.

- Strong working knowledge of Linux environments.

- Development experience using Java or similar programming languages.

- Solid understanding of relational databases and SQL.

- Proven experience in troubleshooting, RCA, and performance analysis.

- Hands-on experience investigating issues using application logs.

- Experience with EDI mapping using BIC MD.

- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with customers and stakeholders effectively.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills:

- Knowledge of EDI standards such as EDIFACT and ANSI X12.

- Experience in B2B integrations across multiple industry domains.

- Prior experience in team handling or technical leadership roles.
