Senior SAP VC/PP Consultant

Job Description :

- SAP PP modules to enhance production planning and execution processes.

- Oversee the integration of SAP PP with other SAP modules such as SAP MM and SAP Engineering Change Management to ensure seamless operations.

- Provide expert guidance on -SAP PP-Sales & Operation Planning- to align production with market demands.

- Manage SAP MM-Material Requirement Planning to optimize inventory levels and reduce costs.

- Implement SAP PP-Shop Floor Execution to streamline manufacturing processes and improve efficiency.

- Develop and execute SAP PP-Long Term Planning strategies- to support business growth and sustainability.

- Utilize SAP PP Demand Management to accurately forecast and meet customer demands.

- Coordinate SAP PP Production Campaigns to optimize resource utilization and production schedules.

- Apply SAP PP Variant Configuration- to customize products according to customer specifications.

- Execute SAP PP-Process Order Execution to ensure timely and accurate production orders.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP PP-PI for process industries.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance and user experience.

- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in all SAP PP-related activities

Technical Skills Required :

- VC Configuration with the creation of new characteristics, classes, dependencies, variant functions, variant

tables, etc.

- Exposure to integration aspects of Variant Configuration with Business Processes such as Sales, Production, Purchasing, and Costing.

- Proven ability to understand the business processes of the organization and the core application

environments.

- Must have experience in all Life cycles of Implementing an SAP PP-VC Solutions.

- Must have completed at least 1 End to End SAP PP-VC implementation project for a customer.

- A wide degree of technical skills and creativity is expected.

- Good Problem Solving and Communication skills.

- Ability to work in a cross-cultural setup.

- Interact with the business teams.

- Preparing the user manual and imparting training to business process owners.

- Go-live preparation and post-go-live support.
