About the Role :

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Expert in SAP Finance to join our dynamic team. This role demands deep expertise in SAP Financials, combined with strong analytical and leadership skills to drive end-to-end financial process optimization and system enhancements. As a Senior Expert, you will work closely with business stakeholders to design, implement, and support SAP Finance solutions that improve operational efficiency and compliance.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP Finance modules including FI, CO, Asset Accounting, and Treasury.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.

- Provide expert guidance on financial process improvements and SAP best practices.

- Drive integration between SAP Finance and other SAP modules such as MM, SD, and BW.

- Oversee testing, troubleshooting, and resolving SAP Finance-related issues.

- Mentor junior consultants and support training initiatives to build internal capabilities.

- Manage SAP Finance projects or workstreams, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.

- Stay current with SAP Finance trends, regulatory changes, and industry best practices.

Qualifications :

- 8+ years of experience in SAP Finance with hands-on expertise in FI and CO modules.

- Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Finance is highly desirable.

- Experience with financial reporting, reconciliation, period-end closing processes, and compliance.

- Proficient in integration points with other SAP modules and third-party financial systems.

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Prior experience in a senior or lead role in SAP Finance implementations or support projects.
