Role : Senior SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding Consultant (Onboarding 2.0 (ONB 2.0), Recruiting Management (RCM), and Employee Central (EC)).

Work Location : preferably in any Aventra office/ if unable to source out in AG offices, then open for full-time remote work.

Experience : 5 to 8 Years.

Employment Type : Freelance / Contract.

Duration : 6 Months (extendable).

Role Description :


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant specializing in Onboarding 2.0 (ONB 2.0), Recruiting Management (RCM), and Employee Central (EC).

The ideal candidate will play a key role in delivering end-to-end implementations, enhancements, and support for global client, ensuring seamless onboarding experiences and integration across modules.


Key Responsibilities :

Implementation & Project Delivery :

- Lead and deliver full-cycle implementations of SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0, including configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

- Collaborate with clients to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.

- Integrate ONB 2.0 with RCM and EC, ensuring data consistency and process alignment.

- Design and configure custom onboarding workflows, panels, and business rules.

- Provide expert-level support and troubleshooting for ONB 2.0, RCM, and EC modules.

- Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer to clients and internal teams.

- Stay updated with SAP SuccessFactors releases and recommend best practices and innovations.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams including HR, IT, and third-party vendors.


Required Skills :

- 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors, with at least 3+ years in ONB 2.0.

- Strong expertise in Recruiting Management (RCM) and Employee Central (EC).

- Proven experience in end-to-end implementations and support projects.

- Deep understanding of SAP SuccessFactors architecture, data models, and integration points.

- Experience with SAP CPI, Integration Center, and Document Management Services is a plus.

- SAP SuccessFactors certifications in ONB 2.0, RCM, or EC preferred.

- Excellent communication, client-facing, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to work independently and lead small teams.


Required Qualifications :

- Bachelors or Master's degree, HRIS, or related field.

- Experience in global rollouts and multi-country implementations.

- Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and Agile delivery models.


Must Have :

- SAP SuccessFactors Associate Certification in Onboarding 2.0 module.

- Experience working in an Agile or hybrid project environment.
